Safety and Security

Yes. Strictly over 18s only! The Flamingo Club is an online nightclub, which like any other nightclub, has a flirtatious and frisky environment in which adult-themed entertainment and adult socialising can take place. We are firmly restricted to admitting members that are 18 years of age and over.
For the safety and security of our members The Flamingo Club is closely monitored using security attendants known as ‘The Bouncers’. ‘The Bouncers’ form part of the security team at this new online nightclub and are responsible for both the surveillance of the club and controlling the crowds. They are employed to enforce The Flamingo Club policies and procedures and to prevent troublemakers and other disorderly people from entering the online venue. Their duties are to administer the dress code, check legal age, to refuse entry for unwanted persons, and to deal with non-compliance with establishment rules. ‘The Bouncers’ should be treated with respect and not argued with; after all, they control who gets into the club. They may deny entry and membership to anybody at their discretion and reserve the right to remove people from the club or refuse their entry. They may check every member profile to ensure that they are following the ‘Rules of the Club’.
The Flamingo Club is committed to promoting its members’ safety, maintaining a respectful digital space, and do not tolerate any inappropriate content, misbehaviour or misconduct in connection with our services. Please visit the ‘Rules of the Club’ page for further information by clicking the ‘Rules of the Club’ link on any page of The Flamingo Club website. Any violation of the ‘Rules of the Club’ or misuse of the services by a member, will result in The Flamingo Club suspending or terminating the relevant membership contract and permanently deleting the member’s customer account to remove them from the online nightclub and all the services, without prior notice. This removal will not give a right of reimbursement to the subscriber. The member will be informed by email about the closure of their customer account. We encourage members to report any inappropriate content or misconduct, and any abuses to the company by others as well as make any complaint. If you suspect or have become aware of something which you reasonably believe violates The Flamingo Club Terms and Conditions, The Flamingo Club Privacy and Cookies Policy or The Flamingo Club ‘Rules of the Club’, please inform us by sending an email outlining the abuse or complaint to rulesofconduct@theflamingo.club.
Language that is abusive, blasphemous, deceptive, defamatory, derogatory, discriminatory, disparaging, false, fraudulent, harassing, illegal, immoral, indecent, inflammatory, insulting, intimidating, libellous, malicious, misleading, obscene, offensive, political, pornographic, predatory, prejudice, profane, racist, sexist, sexually explicit, threatening, violent, vulgar or xenophobic or which otherwise promotes and encourages hatred or any threatening conduct is considered to be inappropriate language.

Do not use insulting language or imagery, bully, distress, stalk, harm, harass, threaten or otherwise mistreat The Flamingo Club or any group or individual in a manner that is harmful or violates the rights of others.
